WORKSHOP #1: Fundamentals of Strength Training and Program Design
I believe everyone should have the basic awareness and knowledge necessary to create their own balanced workout, no matter what space or equipment they have available to them.
On December 21st at 7:15pm, I am presenting a workshop that will teach the fundamentals of a balanced movement practice and how to design an effective strength workout with whatever equipment you have available.
WHAT:
A hands on workshop that will teach the fundamentals and give exact movements to design an effective workout. In this workshop we will go over:
- How to create your own balanced and effective workout. Regardless of the amount of space or equipment you have available
- The fundamentals of a good movement practice
- 7 Primal movement patterns that should be part of every balanced training plan whether you are an athlete or a stay home mom
- How to adjust intensity, frequency and volume to fit your specific goals
- How to know if the exercise is right for you
- How to adjust any movement to fit your body
- Elements needed to learn any movement skill
- Specific exercises that work for your particular level
- Tips for maintaining a holistic, balanced and effective movement practice

This is open level. I will demonstrate variations for beginners through advanced. If you are confused on how to design your own workout or the components that should be in your workout, you should take this workshop.

WORKSHOP #2: Get Lean and Build a Strong Core
As a trainer and a fitness model, I get asked all the time on how to get lean and what to eat or conditioning workouts to do to get a six pack.
Although I might be qualified to answer these questions because I have been featured in and on various fitness magazines, commercials, billboards, etc., more importantly, I have experience with a variety of training methods and diets and use a holistic method that promotes health, athleticism and overall wellbeing.
On December 28th at 7:15pm I am teaching a workshop on my approach to getting lean and the lifestyle necessary to maintain a lean physique. We will discuss nutrition and core training and I will provide examples and explain how to structure core and conditioning workouts to help you get or stay lean.
